Hi! I am a young woman based in Dubai, UAE; a fitness educator and coach, entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience working with women globally. My work spans fitness education, physical training, content creation, and digital brand building and faith-centered stewardship - shaped by years of building and managing my personal brand from the ground up.
What began as a personal transformation evolved into a global platform - spanning coaching programs, a fitness app, digital products, international challenges, and educational content.
Beyond fitness, I have built and managed my own digital platforms from the ground up; navigating audience growth, content ecosystems, product launches, and long term brand positioning. I have since developed a deep understanding of digital strategy, personal brand architecture, and monetization structures that are both sustainable and integrity driven.

Which program is perfect for me?

If you are unsure where to start, here's a simple guide: 30 Day Challenges are best if you have been inconsistent and in need of structure, motivation, community and an effective reset into discipline.

PDF Programs are best if you want the kind of coaching that leaves you equipped years beyond the program duration, a self-paced approach and a results-driven plan; mostly suited to busy individuals.

1:1 Coaching is the premium offer by Bonge for a direct one on one with Bonge as your coach, including direct guidance, accountability, bi-weekly calls with Bonge and a fully personalised approach including training (at home & gym options) and meal plans (nutrition).

I already workout but I am not seeing results. What do I need?

I would highly recommend one of our best-seller PDF programs or 1:1 Coaching. You likely don't need more workouts but to understand how to train for your physique, workouts tailored to health (PCOS, Pre- and Post Natal Recovery etc.), in need of structure, progression and clarity.

Do I need the gym to follow your programs?

No. I offer both home and gym focused programs, all depending on your preference. This is also included in the 1:1 Coaching.

Do I keep access to the programs after purchase?

Yes. Once your purchase any of the programs, you own it permanently. There are no recurring payments required to maintain access. You can revisit the program at any time and at your own pace.

Do the programs come with demonstrations to the exercices?

Absolutely! Every program includes detailed demonstration led by me, showing you exactly how to perform each exercises, from warm ups to the warm down. This is to ensure that every exercise is performed with proper form and intention, walking you from the first week to the final progression - you are not left guessing on what to do or how to do it. The goal is to remove confusion and give you a clear, guided system you can follow confidently while focusing on results.
